One half of the roof sheathing is on and "dryed in" with ice and water shield and underlayment.
Saga crew plans on finishing the second half of the roof "dry in" on Monday and Tuesday of next week.

Trusses up and roof sheathing begins.

Trusses go up and we get closer to having a roof on.

1st Truss (front gable) goes up today. The next trusses should go faster now that the first truss is plumb and in place. Plan on getting trusses done on Thursday and Friday this week.

We have installed the two beams and posts to support the carport roof. The weather has been cooperating with no precipitation for two days now. Next we install roof trusses.

Walls are level, plumb and square and we are now very close to putting up the roof trusses. Hopefully at the beginning of next week.

We are back at the project after our Thanksgiving Break. Conditions have deteriorated for construction. It is our hope to true up exterior 2nd floor walls and install roof trusses soon. The snow is definately slowing progress. Students are dressing for the weather and have a great attitude.

Today the Basic Construction class finished and raised another 2nd floor wall.

We have been framing the 2nd floor walls in beautiful clear and cold weather.

11-9-10 Today was a beautiful day and we installed 2nd floor joists.
